Frequently Asked Questions

Is the diet Very restrictive?

The diet is geared towards safe and healthy weight loss and is low calorie but not to unsafe standards.

Do I have to join a gym?

No. Exercise is important but not required. Physical activity such as walking, bike riding are strongly suggested. You will also be provided with home workouts based off of your activity level.

Do you offer medical weight loss?

At this time we do not. But, in the near future we will be providing medications as a weight loss aid for clients that qualify medically.

I've done workout programs before what makes this different?

This is not a workout program. This is a lifestyle program. Workout programs only focus on exercise. Our program focuses on the whole person including: diet, physical activity, stress management, nutritional knowledge, lifestyle barriers, as well as providing you with a coach that follows you throughout the program to hold you accountable and to make any necessary changes in order for you to reach your goals.

What if i want to cancel?

You can cancel at anytime with a refund of time not used.

why are your prices higher then other coaches?

Nicole is a Weight Loss Specialist as well as a Certified Nurse Practitoner. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine as well as Health Coach training. She has over 20 years in the field of nursing. She uses her knowledge and her own experience with weight loss to provide you with a higher level coaching experience as well as devotes time to each of her clients on an individual basis. Even with all of that is provided our prices are equal if not less then current market pricing for coaches with less credentials.
